"Investigator Upgrade” is a national training provider supplying contemporary training for all types of investigators and enforcement officers already working in those fields. Specialising in interviewing skills (the PEACE model) and investigation techniques, we focus heavily on developing personal skills and knowledge of the investigators. We have provided training in the areas of insurance, banking, government enforcement and regulation, (local, state and federal), workplace, racing and liquor industries to name just a few.

Our facilitators are experienced investigators who bring real life focus to the training arena. We have a broad range of expertise in law enforcement including specialising in homicide, sex offences, major crime, child abuse, hostage negotiation and operational safety. Our expertise also extends to general investigation and interviewing skills, personal development, leadership, personal communications and stress management applications.

This course is for investigators already in the field and has been designed to meet training gaps for those wanting contemporary training or who wish to build skills and knowledge post the Certificate IV in Government Investigation.
